The Winchester Winter Village event is made possible every year by a group of community volunteers, the Winchester-Frederick County CVB and small businesses with the Friends of Old Town non-profit at the core.
The Winter Village features lights, decor, artisans, food vendors, and holiday items and goodies. Our mission is to attract people to downtown Winchester to experience the best of the area’s incredible seasonal spirit, and to grow the Winchester area as a top holiday season destination for visitors near and far.
